We were asked to bring warmth and cosiness to this thatched villa for the family that were to move in here. The large, inviting entrance hall required a statement piece which we found in the extraordinary lighting object that impresses and catches your attention when entering. The large living spaces were made more intimate and dressed up with wallcovering. A generous dining table with space for entertaining many guests is surrounded by grand comfortable chairs upholstered in beautiful fabrics and topped up by a smashing lighting fixture with translucent glass disks. Via the special tv/playroom for the kids, you enter the calm living room area where a spacious sofa offers space for the whole family. An office and music room with each their own colour palette complete the ground floor. The villa counts many bedrooms which suits the family that love to have many guests over. A nice job for us, to give each room its own face within the luxury hotel theme that forms the common thread. In the master bedroom we designed a special jewelry case for the lady of the house with a countertop in faux agate, a jewel lamp and ruby red moiré wallpaper. A house filled with pearls – for each member of the family.
