What till a few years back served as an orangery, is now a timeless, chic penthouse apartment. Characteristic, traditional elements were highlighted with high skirting boards and classic doors, but in the finishing we chose contrasting modern elements like a wooden chevron floor. The bedroom is a luxurious hotel suite with a wardrobe, special curtains and an electrolytic glass wall to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. With one switch the wall turns matte for privacy and creates a feeling of spaciousness when it’s clear. As finishing touch we added some cool design pieces. The client was open for daring choices, which made the apartment outstanding. Design classics like the Butterfly Stool by Vitra and Platner Arm Chairs by Knoll really add value to the interior.
