With views on the Maas River and the Rotterdam skyline to all sides, this had to reflect in the interior of this apartment based at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge. The owner, who travels a lot, feels at home in the calm comfort of a luxurious hotel room and wanted this feeling for his home. A minibar in the master bedroom was one of his special requests. We designed special piece made of wengé wood with copper inlay and a marble top. The luxury feel was extended to all spaces with a subdued colour palette, high end materials such as the marble flooring and open space floorplan. In the sanitary area’s spa music sounds and the toilets are Japanese shower toilets with a proper wellness experience. Unique objects like the massive marble bathtub, exclusive art pieces and design classics in customized editions spice up the total picture.
